IS THIS A BED AND BREAKFAST?
The Plynlimmon-Cottage at Kurrajong is self contained accommodation which you do not share with staff or owners. A continental breakfast pack is provided, however local cafes are available for breakfast and dinner.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN THE COTTAGE ACCOMMODATE?
The cottage has two large well-appointed bedrooms. One has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. We can sleep a maximum of 6 people, 2 on roll out beds.
WHAT ARE THE RATES PER NIGHT?

WILL I HAVE TO SHARE THE COTTAGE WITH OTHER GUESTS?
When you book Plynlimmon-The Cottage at Kurrajong, you are paying for the two bedroom heritage cottage with a maximum of 6 people. No additional persons may be on the premises without the owner's knowledge. Additional charges may apply to unregistered guests and may be taken out of the security bond.
HOW MANY BATHROOMS ARE IN THE COTTAGE?
Plynlimmon -The Cottage at Kurrajong is a heritage listed property and therefore it has only one bathroom
IS PLYNLIMMON PET FRIENDLY?
Given the open nature of the property and the natural wildlife which live in close proximity, we do not allow pets on the site. Absolutely no pets are permitted inside the heritage cottage.
IS THERE A BBQ AT THE COTTAGE?
We do have one you can use. Please pay attention to fire warnings. See the Fire NSW website (Local area 4)
IS THERE DISABLED ACCESS?
If you are coming to an event which is outside you will be able to access most areas of the site. However, as we have worked to preserve the old world charm of Plynlimmon, internally there is little disabled access. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE COTTAGE ?
If a cancellation is made within 5 days of arrival, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival, we reserve the right to charge the cost of one night's stay.
CAN I ORGANISE MY OWN EVENT?
You are welcome to host an event while staying at Plynlimmon after an agreement has been signed with the owner of the property. Contact us for a quote.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IF I WANT TO HOST MY OWN EVENT?
You may cater for a 4-6 hour event with a maximum of 90 guests while hiring the cottage. However, we have strict guidelines so that there is minimum impact on the neighbours and the environment.
HOW MANY CAR SPACES ARE AVAILABLE FOR MY EVENT?
The grounds at Plynlimmon are both large and expansive, and the focus has been on making them a great place to walk around. There is very little parking available on the property itself. The number of off street parking spaces are restricted to 25-30 cars.
CAN I BOOK THE GARDENS FOR WEDDING PHOTOS?
The gardens, heritage barn and the exterior of the house make stunning backdrops for photos and are available for hire throughout the year to couples and their photographer.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR AN EVENT?
All payments are fully refundable for cancellation in writing or by email which is received and acknowledged by the owner up to three (3) months prior to the event date
WHY DO I PAY A SECURITY BOND?
We want as many people as possible to enjoy our beautiful heritage cottage. Charging a bond helps us to ensure that every person respects and cares for Plynlimmon while they are on the property. The bond will be refunded in full once all expectations have been met by the guest.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN and CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 2 pm and check out is at 10.00 am or by arrangement
